The unnamed ghouls known as Ghost played an amazing set in Denver. Some say the best show they have seen in years. There are some bands that are so solid you know you are going to be amazed every time you see them. Fear Factory is one of those bands. Everyone is on the same page which is good. We have a singer and we are finishing up the last of the songs in pre-production vocally. This band is a democracy so it takes a little bit of time that way. If it’s a dictator it gets done one way and people get disgruntled.

Whether it is the music, the lyrics, or their image; The Slow Forward is not trying to be something they are not. They have songs that range in style and span across genres all the while retaining their metal sound and deliver crushing organized chaos at times, in the vein of The Mars Volta and at other times are based on a thick blues foundation a la Led Zeppelin.
