Denver got one hell of a show last Monday at the Gothic Theater. Static X is going on 20 years of being a frontrunner in the industrial metal scene and they definitely still have it.

If you are a band you should be creating your favorite band in the world. That is what you should be doing and that should be the goal. With a name like Davey Suicide you would not expect positivity out of Hollywood’s current rocketing sleazy-gutter-rock star but this band’s industrial madness seems to be wrapped all around such a thing.

Music is for public consumption, to be interpreted by the listener regardless of what may be the thoughts behind the band/musician when the song was written. Be that as it may, Egypt Central, from Memphis, TN are pretty straight forward in the message of their music; be who you are, don’t let anyone hold you down and if you get pushed, it is ok to push back sometimes.
