Spiral Cell Interview

The new album is definitely more cinematic/soundtrack oriented. More dialogue than the last album. Less guitar than last time, and more of a focus on keyboard/strings/synth and percussion.

My goal is not just to entertain, but to get people to look at something from a different point of view. People don’t have to think how I think. I don’t need to think about how someone else does, but if we are all willing to look at something through someone else’s eyes, maybe we will at least understand where they are coming from.

Our shows have been great because we have the best fans. We like to give them everything we have on stage and things can get a little crazy but we always deliver the best of the best. Syd, Raanen and I are family and fans feel that in the room however big or small. We can’t wait to get back out there when things open up.
